Headquartered with dedicated fabrication yards along the Mega High Road in Malakhera, Alwar, KEW has evolved from executing regional rolling mill structural contracts in the 1980s into an industrial powerhouse executing multi-thousand-tonne structural fabrication, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), high-load machine foundations, and specialized process piping for Fortune 500 multinationals.
Today, spearheaded by Technical Project Head Mahendra Singh Choudhary, KEW deploys a multidisciplinary workforce of certified structural engineers, certified 6G welders, civil supervisors, and rigging experts capable of mobilizing anywhere in India within 48 to 72 hours.

Founding & Rathi Alloys Project
Inception of KEW. Completed rolling mill infrastructure, trusses, columns, and crane gutters totaling 400 MT for Rathi Alloys & Steel Ltd at MIA, Alwar. Followed by 600 MT chimani and structural erection for Mahaveer Aluminum Ltd in Bhiwadi.
Maruti Suzuki & JCB Escorts Breakthrough
Commissioned 900 MT crane gantry and truss fabrication for Maruti Suzuki Ltd at Gurgaon, followed by a 120ft industrial chimney for Thakkar Foods and large-scale plant fabrication for JCB Escorts Ltd in Ballabgarh.
Shree Cement & Saha Alloys Mega Expansion
Engineered 700 MT induction furnace structures and ducts for Shree Cement Ltd at Beawar, Ajmer. Expanded into Gujarat with a landmark 2,500 MT crane gantry and structural erection for Saha Alloys India Pvt. Ltd in Ahmedabad.
VE Commercial Vehicles & Daikin India
Constructed quality testing laboratories and civil infrastructure for VE Commercial Vehicles (Volvo-Eicher) at Pithampur, Indore. Commenced ongoing structural and civil infrastructure partnership with Daikin Airconditioning in Neemrana.
Welspun & Minaksia Color Coated Complexes
Executed multi-tier heavy fabrication for Welspun India at Anjar, Gujarat, and installed 50 MT crane gantries with 300 MT structural frameworks for Minaksia Color Coated Industries at Chandrani, Gujarat.
Turnkey Modernization & Fast-Track PEB
Continuous structural contracts, fire water networks, and PEB industrial godowns for Toyota Pvt. Ltd, Carlsberg India, 20 Microns, and Standard Precision, maintaining a 100% on-time completion record.

Total Quality Management (TQM)
Every batch of structural steel is tracked with certified Mill Test Certificates (MTC). All critical load-bearing welds undergo Ultrasonic (UT) and Dye-Penetrant (DPT) non-destructive testing before erection.
Environmental Responsibility
We conserve natural resources through optimized cutting nest algorithms that drastically reduce steel scrap. Chemical cleaning effluents are neutralised prior to disposal under stringent state environmental guidelines.
